BODYWORK?
Thai yoga is a traditional system that has developed out of yoga and martial arts. In a session, a practitioner guides a client through yoga poses and assists them into a deep relaxation and opening of the body's joints and connective tissues.

DIFFERENT
Care is taken in Thai Yoga to focus on each individual's needs at the time of the session. Specific awareness of injury or other special needs are necessary for a safe and effective session. The yoga is therefore interactive and specialiezed for each individual, often changing during a single session to accommodate their needs at the time.

Bodys are never forced into positions, but assisted with firm yet gentle guidance. Most of a session is performed lying or in a seated position and for many is a great meditative session as well.
